Have you ever got anything that you dreamed of just by sitting around and doing nothing or have you ever heard that someone has? I am going to assume the answer is NO because hard-working is the most important trait you should possess if you are to be successful. One might say it doesn’t really matter whether you work or work harder but in my opinion it makes all the difference in the world. A hard-worker will stop at nothing to do finish what he/she started no matter how much obstacles they meet & A hard-worker will work beyond their limits and will put all their mental/physical efforts in to achieving success and hence making he/she successful in their own lives but an average worker will get discouraged by the slightest bump they hit.
Success may differ from one person to another depending on their goals and objectives. But no matter how big or small their plans are, nobody can achieve it without hard-work. You can work harder to get a job or to get a promotion or pass an examination or any certain life goals. A hard-worker can be anyone, a student, employee, businessman or an accountant or even a janitor. Every successful men/women alive or dead is in their position due to their hardworking traits.
Have you ever heard of Michael Jordan, Howard Schultz, Mark Cuban, Tim Cook, Serena Williams or Kobe Bryant? If yes, Let me ask you a question, what do these people have in common other than being highly recognised & successful? They all worked their ass off for where they are now. For instance can you believe that Michael Jordan, the NBA legend, used to spend his off seasons taking hundreds of jumps shots a day, until his shots were perfect. Another great example is, StarBucks founder, Howard Schultz, still continues to work from home even after putting in 13 hours a days. Do you enjoy KFC food? Well the owner became successful in his early 60s. Which shows with hardwork, success has no limits.
Additionally, Did you know, a man named Bill Gates who learned coding only during his lunch break and later he developed one of the world’s first ever operating system now known as Windows. Another great instance would be the young Mark Zuckerberg, he was only a Harvard Student when he found the most commonly used social network, Facebook, along with dorm buddies.
But however hardwork is not the only thing you need to have in order to be successful. Is there any point of trying to fix a motor vehicle without actually knowing how to fix a motor vehicle? To become successful you need to be determined, enduring, charismatic, positive, creative and independent. Endurance makes you strong against the storm which you will face along your way to success. But the storm will try to stop you by throwing lightning at your way, you can either dodge them or get hit by one but learn from your mistakes. You cannot really call your successful unless you achieve happiness in your life, for that you need to be kind & generous and not let your greediness to blind you.
As in my opinion, obviously you need other traits to be successful but it all would be impossible without hardwork. Yes it is very difficult and tiring but if you are determined to achieve your goal, then nothing can ever stop you. Notably, many people give up when they experience even a minor setbacks, but if you try to think outside the box, you will find a road leading to your success.
